9:00 - RPT (Rehabilitative Physical Treatment)
10:00 – Phase group journals/NA Book Study (Journal M/W/F-NA T/TH/S)
11:45 – Personal time/Rooms Checked
Afternoon
12:30 – Lunch
1:30 - Phase group (Recovery/Women’s Issues Mon.-Sat.)
2:00 - RPT
3:30 - CBT Mon-Fri./Sat. all group NA 11th Step
5:00 - DINNER
Evening
6:00 – Personal Time
8:00 – NA Meeting
9:15 – End of day meeting (EOD)
9:30 – SNACK TIME
10:30 – Lights out/bedtime (Fri./Sat. 11:30 p.m.)
*RPT is Rehabilitative Physical Treatment with house chores, and constructive activities (physical activity is crucial early in recovery).
This special schedule applies every Sunday: 8:00 a.m. BOD, 9:00-9:30 House meeting, 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. visitation, 8:00 p.m. NA meeting.Sunday is visitation, voluntary religious services and a reflection day.
